Mr.Sunil Chowdary was into land and automobile trading, he purchased a home with his hard earned money from a reputed builder in Bangalore and got cheated. He found himself extremely disappointed with the sub-standard construction quality, untimely delivery and lack of transparency he encountered throughout the entire process. This experience made him make a statement to the builder ‘ See you soon, not as a client but as a developer.

Mr.Chowdary wanted to understand more about the real estate business in India, he visited 150+ project sites across India and met 1000+ real estate promoters to understand their standard and transparency. Thereafter, he had come to a conclusion that real estate promoters are 100% dependent on contractors, manpower, machineries, technical people like architects, engineers, MEP consultants, structural engineers, quality control, liasoning agents, sales & marketing partners.

Mr.Chowdary understood that if dependency was minimized without cutting cost by cutting waste in the real estate industry, then one could create ethical business practices that would adhere to quality and transparency in real estate and property development industry in India.

Mr.Chowdary then adopted M5 formula

(Man+Method+Machinery+Material+Money=Meticulous)

After adopting M5 formula, Mr.Chowdary wanted his company to be fully equipped with own land bank, all in-house department, own construction equipment and machineries, in-house manpower and incorporated Suvilas Group of companies and was designated as Chairman and Managing Director. Mr. SB Shreedhar and Mr. Ravi John became in-house architect for Suvilas Group of Companies.

Research began by travelling to UK and Europe. Mr.Chowdary visited 50+ construction site by travelling 70,000kms by road in UK and Europe, and after seeing the entire construction quality, process and transparency decided to implement 100% European Construction Standards from system formwork to finishes for all his projects in India by associating with renowned brands like Doka.

Mr. Chowdary formed a skilled engineering team trained at Doka Headquarters Austria and also setup all in-house departments, along with European standard system formwork and machineries.

​

25 Crs. worth of European standard formwork and machineries were bought for present and future projects.
